I help small business owners create business systems that work with their brains, not against them. In just one week, we’ll tackle your biggest operational headaches, simplify your workflows, and set up automation that actually works for you.

Here’s the process…

    We'll go through your needs, get you on my calendar, sign your contract, and make your payment.

    STEP 2: PREP TIME

    Before your VIP Week begins, I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to gain clarity on your business and automation goals. We’ll also have a 45-minute 1:1 strategy call on Zoom to align on the best path forward.

    STEP 3: START VIP WEEK

    It’s all happening! I’ll be working behind the scenes to automate your business. If I need anything, I’ll reach out—otherwise, see you in a week!

    I’ll walk you through your new automations via a Loom video or a live Zoom call—your choice! Plus, you’ll have an additional week of Slack/email access to ask any questions and get support as you settle in.

  • This is perfect for service-based entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and creatives who want to streamline their operations and client processes.

  • Nope! Whether you're starting from scratch or refining what you have, I’ll build systems that work for your business.

  • I work with a variety of tools like Zapier, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, Dubsado, and more. If you have preferred tools, I’ll optimize what you’re already using!

  • Most of the heavy lifting is on me! You’ll just need about 30–60 minutes for our strategy call, and another 30–60 minutes on Day 7 for your final walkthrough + a quick feedback form and testimonial.

  • BETA VIP Weeks are limited to one per person/company. However, you can purchase additional VIP weeks at the normal rate of $1499.

  • I offer follow-up support packages if you need additional refinements or want ongoing help managing your systems.

  • Yes, keep in mind that many automation tools also charge monthly subscription fees. I will explain this in further detail and work with your budget.

  • Payment is due upon signing your contract in order to reserve your VIP week.

  • Because this is a high-touch, done-for-you service, I don’t offer refunds. However, I make sure you’re 100% happy with the setup before we wrap up!

  • I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire and instructions once we have set up a date for your VIP week.


    I’ll need your passwords to any applicable software (we can use LastPass if you’d like), your completed intake questionnaire, and any relevant content, images, etc.

  • Copywriting- I’m not a professional copywriter. I can build out email campaigns and opt-in pages and landing pages with placeholder text if you haven’t written your copy yet. But to be most effective, ideally, you’ll already have your copy written in a Google Doc or on a Trello board.

    Graphic design- you must already have any logos/graphics you want to use ready to go. Or I can use placeholder images. 

    Any subscription or service fees associated with the tech we will be using.

  • VIP Weeks are all about delivering results, not just clocking hours. That said, you can typically expect me to dedicate 20-25 hours to building and refining your automations.

  • You don’t need to be fully available, but staying accessible via our dedicated Slack channel or email will help me move your project forward efficiently if any questions come up.
